Itinerary
Day 1
Coorg
  • Nestled amidst evergreen hills that line the southernmost edge of Karnataka is the luscious Kodagu (Coorg) region, gifted with emerald landscapes and hectares of plantations. The most loved and explored aspects of Coorg are its famous coffee plantations as well as the ethnic diversity of the people who reside there. The people here are of a hard nature, disciplined and warm at the same time. They pride themselves for having at least one family member in the defence forces of India!
Nisargadhama River Island, is a small piece of land in the Kaveri River which can be accessed by a walking hanging bridge.
To see the past and present living together, we leave for Mysore. Appropriately named as the ‘Cultural Capital of Karnataka’ The Mysore Palace is one of the largest palaces in India, it used to be the residence of the erstwhile Maharaja of Mysore - Wodeyar.

Day 4
Wayanad
  • Undulating hills and thick greenery are characteristics of the wildlife sanctuary of Wayanad. Everywhere you look, it will be green!
The Iruppu Falls also called as Laxmana Tirtha have quite a story behind the name. It is said that while searching for Sita, Lord Rama and his brother Laxmana passed from here, when Rama asked Laxmana to find some water to drink. Laxmana shot an arrow in the ground and out came the stream which forms this waterfall!
A hike of around 16 km from Sultan Bathery takes you to Edakkal caves. The trek up the hill is peppered with coffee plantations and a beautiful walking experience. It takes about 45 minutes to climb the hill. The lush greenery and scenic landscape around and the cool breeze that carries the aroma of coffee makes the journey an unforgettable one.
If you want to spot aquatic birds and just sit amongst greenery, we take you to Karapuzha Dam, one of the largest earth dams in India.

Day 5
Wayanad
  • Thushagiri means ‘the mist capped mountain’ situated about 50kms from Wayanad. Surrounding the magical waterfalls are the evergreen forests and soothing streams adding to the pristine beauty. So the title of ‘trekker’s paradise’ given to it fits perfectly! Up the trail, beyond a narrow steep path which leads to a ravine, one starts hearing the sound of the crashing water. People come across Mele Thenpara (literally means Upper Honey Rock) at the very top, where the surrounding floral beauty is truly unique. 100 m above the base we run into the first falls, Erattumukku. Natural rock formations and pools are can be seen here aplenty. Another 300 m up and you view Mazhavil Chattam (Rainbow Falls) and further, 900 m above the base lies the mystical Thonnikayal. The descent begins at nearby Avinjithode, after a journey one can never forget.

Day 6
Wayanad
  • Wayanad: After more or less strenuous treks, the day is at leisure. Later in the evening visit the Heart Lake, also known as the Love Lake, situated at a distance of around eight kilometres from Vythri. The name of the lake is derived from its natural shape like a heart. The shape of the island is a result of natural rocks and grassy surroundings. Dotted with thick and dense forests, the small lake is believed to have never dried up. It looks like it is engraved in the mountains – like a pearl in a crown!
Breakfast - Dinner
